Privacy at Tichtig.

When you contact Tichtig, you may send your name, email address, organization, and a description of what you would like to improve. We use that information to reply, arrange a fit conversation, and discuss work you ask us about.

How your message is handled

The contact form sends your message to us by email using Resend, our email delivery provider. Your message and our replies may remain in our email systems as business records. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list or sell the details you send.

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to operate and secure the website.

What to share

A brief description of the workflow is enough to begin. Please leave out passwords, financial account details, medical information, and other sensitive records from the initial form.

Questions or requests

If you want to ask how your inquiry was handled or request that we remove a message, use the contact form on our homepage and mention privacy in your note. We will review your request and reply by email.
